Bengkalis — Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis melalui Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Desa (DPMD) bekerja sama dengan Universitas Islam Riau (UIR) sebagai panitia pelaksana kembali melakukan seleksi tenaga Pendamping Desa, dari 866 berkas yang masuk terdiri dari 228 pelamar Pendamping Desa Pembangunan (PDP) dan 638 yang mendaftar PendampingDesa Ekonomi (PDE), sementara yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 34 PDE dan 68 PDP.
Kepala Dinas Pemberdaayaan dan Masyarakat Yuhelmi saat meninjau ujian tes tertulis di gedung SDN 4 Bengkalis (5/12) lalu, mengatakan dalam perekrutan pendamping desa tahun ini pihaknya juga menerima pelamar dari jenjang D3. Ia berharap kedepannya Pendamping Desa memiliki pengetahuan yang luas buan hanya pembangunan di desa namun juga di pembangunan di Kabupaten Bengkalis.
“Oleh karena itu pada hari ini kita merekrut untuk mengisi kekosongan dan mengisi hasil evaluasi sesuai dengan ketika mereka diawalnya menekn kontrak perjanjian kerjanya, hari ini perekrutan baru kita bekerjasama dengan pihak ketiga, kometensi mereka yang kita harapkan”,ingin kadis yuhelmi
Pelaksanaan tes tertulis dipusatkan di Bengkalis selama satu hari dengan pengawasan yang ketat. Hasil seleksi akan segera diumukan dan pemberian SK serta pembekalan akan dilakukan pada Desember 2021. Para pendamping Desa yang lulus, untuk penempatan akan diatur oleh dinas PMD Bengkalis dan siap ditempatkan dimana saja.
“Untuk lokasi tes dibagi menjadi 2 yakni di SMPN 1 Bengkalis dan SDN 4 Bengkalis, alhamdulillah tahun ini insya Allah semua kebutuhan PDE dan PDP di Kabupaten Bengkalis dapat terpenuhi”,terangnya lagi
Yuhelmi menambahkan untuk memaksimalkan kinerja pendamping desa pihaknya secara berkala melakukan evaluasi.
Sementara itu, Ketua Tim panitia seleksi Ranggi Ari Febrian mengatakan dalam perekrutan Pendamping Desa ada tiga tahapan seleksi pertama tahap adminstrasi, kedua tahap tes tertulis dan yang ketiga adalah tahapan tes wawancara.
Untuk tertulis ada tiga kompetensi yang pertama kompetensi akademik, pengetahuan umum dan keahlian pembangunan dan ekonomi.
“Untuk yang lulus administrasi sebanyak 137 PDP dan 405 PDE, totalnya adalah 543 orang, dilanjutkan hari ini tes tertulis dan hasilnya akan diumumkan pada 16 Desember 2021, nanti kita juga akan lakukan perengkingan”,rincinya.
Kualifikasi pendidikan untuk PDE dari sarjana Ilmu Pemerintahan kemudian Sarjana Sosial, Sarjana Ekonomi dan Untuk PDP dari sarjana Teknik Sipil, S1 Arsitek, selain itu juga dibuka peluang untuk D3.
