BENGKALIS – 8.828 Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) di 103 desa telah menrima penyaluran Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT DD) Tahap VIII/peruntukkan bulan Agustus 2021.
Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (PMD) kabupaten Bengkalis, Drs. Yuhelmi, M.Si menjelaskan , Kamis malam (5/8/2021), total anggaran penyerapan untuk BLT DD tahap VIII mencapai Rp2.677.500.000.,- atau terealisasi 79 koma 04 persen.
“Untuk Agustus, 103 desa telah disalurkan dan kondisi saat ini, dari 11 kecamatan, 5 kecamatan telaahbterealisasi 100 persen, yakni kecamatan Mandau, Bathin Solapan, Bukit Batu, Siak Kecil dan kecamatan Bandar Laksamana. Atas nama pemerintah kabupaten Bengkalis, kami menyampaikan apresiasi kepada lima camat beserta jajarannya yang telah merealisasikan BLT DD hingga bulan Agustus”, kata Yuhelmi.
Disebutkan Yuhelmi, penyaluran BLT DD Tahap I dan II telah terealisasi 100 persen di 136 Desa se kabupaten Bengkalis, sementara untuk tahap III hingga V telah terealisasi sebesar 95 persen.
“Tahap ketiga telah disalurkan di 133 desa atau 98 koma 81 persen, Tahap keempat juga telah terealisasi di 133 desa, untuk tahap V atau bulan Mei baru 130 desa atau mencapai 97 koma 41 persen, bulan Juni dan Juli telah terealisasi di 103 desa atau 79 koma 04 persen”, rinci Kadis PMD Bengkalis.
Yuhelmi minta agar semua desa yang belum mengalirkan BLT DD dari Tahap III hingga Tahap VIII, untuk menggesa penyalurannya di bulan Agustus ini, terlebih dahulu anggarannya telah tersedia di rekening kas desa.
“Bagi kecamatan yang masih menyebarkannya tahap ketiga, keempat, kelima hingga delapan, kiranya dapat menggesaya, karena memang dana telah ada di rekening kas desa, sehingga dapat disalurkan kepada yang berhak menerimanya”, pinta Yuhelmi.
kecamatan dan pendampingan ekonomi di masing-masing desa, tegas Yuhelmi, wajib memberikan pendampingan kepada kepala desa, terutama pentingnya proses penyampaian BLT DD yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh KPM guna memenuhi kebutuhan dasar ditengah pandemi covid-19.
