BENGKALIS– Bupati Bengkalis, Kasmarni melantik Pengganti Antar Waktu (PAW) Kepala Desa Pasiran, Kecamatan Bantan, Sopian dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) Teluk Lancar, di Aula Kantor Camat Bantan, Rabu, 8 September 2021.
Bupati Kasmarni menyebutkan Kepala Desa dan BPD harus mengerti tugas pokok dan fungsi (Tupoksi) atas jabatan yang diemban. Karena semua jabatan itu adalah amanah dari masyarakat yang harus dilaksanakan dengan sebaik-baiknya.
Apa lagi Kades Pasiran yang pelantikan ini dilakukan karena telah meninggalnya bapak M. Amin selaku Kepala Desa Pasiran periode 2017-2023. Maka tentu, banyak tugas-tugas yang sudah menunggu dan harus diselesaikan dengan baik.
Kepada kepala Desa Pasiran yang baru dilantik, Kasmarni juga mengingatkan bahwa sebagai pimpinan di desa dituntut untuk bekerja sesuai dengan asas-asas penyelengaraan Pemerintahan Desa sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 24 UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, antara lain keterbukaan, efektivitas dan efisisensi, kearifan lokal dan partisipatif.
Disamping itu, Kasmarni juga berpesan kepada Anggota BPD Teluk Lancar yang baru dilantik bahwa mereka merupakan salah satu pilar kokohnya penyelenggaraan Otonomi Desa.
“Setelah ini, segera pahami situasi, kondisi, potensi, problem, serta aspirasi yang ada di masyarakat serta selalu kedepankan budaya kebersamaan dan terbuka dalam bekerja dan melayani masyarakat,” ingatnya.
Menurutnya, BPD harus memahami dan membaca UU No. 6 Tahun 2014 tentang desa, Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 110 Tahun 2016 tentang BPD serta Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bengkalis Nomor 9 Tahun 2018 tentang BPD, sebagai landasan yuridis dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsi sebagai BPD.
Dikesepatan pelantikan itu, Bupati Bengkalis Kasmari di dampingi Kepala Dinas PMD Yuhelmi, Kadis Sosial Martini dan Camat Bantan membagikan hadiah pemenang lomba desa/kelurahan dan lomba gotong royong tingkat Kabupaten Bengkalis sekaligus penyerahan bantuan dari Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bengkalis kepada masyarakat yang menerima manfaat.
Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut, Anggota DPRD H Zam Zami dan dr Moris, Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat Andres Warsono, Kadis Capil Ismail, Kadis Sosial, Martini, Inspektur Rafiardhi Ikhsan, Kadis Diskominfotik Johansyah Syafri, Dandim 0303/Bengkalis diwakili Danramil 01/Bengkalis Kapten Arh Isnanu, Kapolres Bengkalis diwakili Kapolsek Bantan AKP Zulmar dan Camat Bantan Muthu Saily dan tamu undangan lainnya.
