Drs. H. Ismail, MP Menerima Audiensi dari Dewan Pengurus Daearah – BKNDI Kabupaten Bengkalis
DPMD- Plt. Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyaraat dan Desa Kabupaten Bengkalis Drs. H. Ismail, MP menerima audiensi Dewan Pengurus Daerah Badan Koordinasi Nasional Desa Se Indonesia (BKNDI) Kabupaten Bengkalis, Selasa 02 Agustus 2022, Pukul 09.00 Wib di Aula Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kab. Bengkalis.
Rombongan BKNDI dipimpin oleh Bendahara BKNDI sekaligus mewakili Ketua DPD – BKNDI Kabupaten Bengkalis Juanda dalam rangka untuk bersilaturahmi sekaligus menyampaikan program-program serta kegiatan BKNDI, khusunya yang berkaitan dengan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa di Kabupaten Bengkalis.
Dalam pemaparannya Juanda menjelaskan bahwa BKNDI Kabupaten Bengkalis sudah menjalankan beberapa program dan kegiatan sejak Januari 2022, diantaranya memfasilitasi pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas aparatur pemerintahan Desa dan membantu beberapa pasantren yang ada di Bengkalis mendapatkan dukungan sanitasi yang sehat.
“Alhamdulillah, sejak januari kita sudah menjalankan beberapa program. Yang pertama kami memfasilitas keikutsertaan kepala Desa (10 Kepala Desa) pada kegiatan pelatihan untuk aparatur desa yang dilaksanakan oleh Ditjen Bina Pemerintahan Desa Kemendagri. Pelatihan dimaksud dalam rangka meningkatkan Kapasitas SDM Pemerintahan Desa”. Ujarnya.
Selanjutnya Juanda juga mengatakan, dalam waktu dekat ini BKNDI Kabupaten Bengkalis akan melaksanakan Forum Nasional Perdesaan, dengan mendatangkan beberapa narasumber ahli terutama yang berkompeten Berkaitan dengan pengembangan BUMDesa, UMKM dan mendukung Program Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis dalam mewujudkan Visi Bengkalis Bermasa (Bermarwah, Maju dan Sejahtera).
Sementara itu Drs. Ismail, MP selaku PLT Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Bengkalis sangat mengapresiasi kedatangan BKNDI dan berharap kedepan BKNDI dapat bermitra dan berkolaborasi memajukan desa-desa dalam Kabupaten Bengkalis.
Selanjutnya Drs. Ismail, memaparkan apa saja yang harus menjadi prioritas Dinas PMD kedepan, diantaranya adalah :
Pertama : kita ingin mendorong cakupan Desa mandiri semakin banyak. Ini menjadi program prioritas Bupati untuk meningkatkan kemandirian desa.
Kedua : meningkatkan kapabilitas aparatut pemerintahan desa sehingga dapat diminimalisir kemungkinan terjadinya masalah di Desa seperti kasus hukum dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa, tidak tertib administrasi dan sebagainya.
Ketiga : meningkatkan kolaborasi dengan berbagai lembaga yang berkompeten membantu mamajukan desa.
Terakhir, Drs. Ismail berharap BKNDI bisa berperan aktif dalam proses pemberdayaan masyarakat dan Desa. “Saya berharap dengan adanya lembaga ini bisa mendorong percepatan Desa menjadi mandiri.” tutupnya.
