BENGKALIS – Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis melalui Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (Dinas PMD) terus melakukan upaya untuk menggesa seluruh Desa dalam melakukan percepatan pelaksanaan berbagai program dan kegiatan yang bersunber dari dana Bankeu Khusus (BKK) Program Bermasa 1 Milyar perdesa.
Hal tersebut sebagaimana disampaikan Plt. Kadis PMD Ismail.
Ismail mengatakan, Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis berharap alokasi penggunaan dana Program Bermasa tersebut untuk pembangunan infrastruktur desa dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa dapat segera terealisasi dan dinikmati masyarakat.
“Hasilnya selalu menjadi arahan dan penekanan Bupati Bengkalis Kasmarni. Masyarakat dalam aspirasinya sering menyampaikan keluhan terkait ketersediaan insfrastruktur dan juga keluhan kurangnya program pemberdayaan masyarakat di desa,” kata Ismail.
Ismail menjelaskan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis mengalokasikan BKK sebesar 136 Milyar atau 1 Milyar perdesa pada APBD Kabupaten Bengkalis melalui Program Bermasa.
Jelas Ismail, Desa-Desa diharapkan untuk dapat mengalokasikan penggunaannya secara bijak dengan memperhatikan skala prioritas. Lakukan musyawarah di desa dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak yang ada di desa sejalan dengan prinsip pembangunan yang partisipatif.
“Segera realisasikan dilapangan sehingga benar-benar bermanfaat bagai masyarakat, dalam pelaksanaan BKK Program Bermasa agar tetap memperhatikan aspek akuntabilitas dan memenuhi kriteria peraturan perundang-undangan,” pungkas Ismail.
