BENGKALIS- DINAS PMD, Plt. Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Bengkalis, Drs. H. Ismail, MP sebelum melaksanakan Perjalanan Dinas dalam rangka Mengikuti Tindak Lanjut Evaluasi SAKIP Kabupaten Bengkalis Tahun 2023 di Gedung Kementerian PANRB Jakarta secara langsung membuka acara Purna Bakhti Ibu Basma Hairani, M.E, Sy di Ruangan Bidang Pemerintah Desa Dinas Pemeberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Bengkalis, Senin, 30/10/2023.
Dalam sambutan nya Plt. Kepala Dinas PMD sedikit menceritakan tentang Ibu Basma Hairani dengan keseharian nya sebagai Pejabat Fungsional pada Dinas PMD. Dimana Beliau menyematkan kalimat untuk Ibu Basma, yakni “Desa bertanya, Basma menjawab”, hal ini dikarenakan totalitas yang diberikan Ibu Basma dalam melayani 136 Desa dikabupaten Bengkalis
“Bu Basma Hairani, M.E.Sy., PNS Pemkab Bengkalis, bertugas sebagai Pejabat Fungsional pada Dinas PMD, terhitung 1 November 2023 memasuki masa pensiun dengan masa pengabdian 34 Tahun, dan bertugas di DPMD selama 18 tahun.
Kesehariannya mengurusi hal-hal berkenaan pengelolaan keuangan desa. Dalam Bidang ini rasanya saya tidak berlebihan mengatakan “Desa Bertanya Basma Menjawab“. Totalitas meskipun bukan tanpa keterbatasan, terutama penglihatan dan malam hari tidak bisa keluar rumah bawa kenderaan sendiri.
Bagitulah yg dilakoninya melayani 136 desa dg bermcam ragam kondisi kualitas SDM dan sikapnya. Ada yg paham dan pengerjakannya, ada yg paham tp yg dikerjakan lain, ada yg kurang paham dan sebagainya. Itulah yang harus dilayani Bu Basma dalam kapasitas tugasnya dengan target semuanya harus baik dan akuntabel. Masa itu sudah dilewatinya dengan baik.” ucap Beliau.
Selanjutnya Drs. Ismail juga mengucapkan terimakasih kepada Ibu Basma Hairani atas pengabdian Beliau di Dinas PMD.
“Selamat Memasuki Masa Pensiun Bu Basma Khairani, Terima Kasih Atas Pengabdiannya untuk masyarakat, daerah, bangsa dan negara. Semoga Allah SWT senantiasa berikan kesehatan dan keberkahan serta bahagia bersama keluarga.” Tutupnya
