Tujuan diselenggarakan acara ini adalah menjalin Silaturahmi dan kemungkinan kedepannya dapat membangun kerjasama antara PT. Cipta Teknologi Terpadu dan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Bengkalis dan berbagi pengalaman maupun saran untuk masukan dan pembenahan kedua belah pihak.
