DPMD – Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Bengkalis Drs. Yuhelmi menghadiri sekaligus mengisi acara Launching Aplikasi Bantuan Keuangan Khusus 1 Miliar 1 Desa bersama Rombongan Bupati Bengkalis, di lantai III Gedung Administrasi Niaga Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis (Polbeng). Rabu, (18/05).
Turut hadir pada acara Launcing Aplikasi Bantuan Keuangan Khusus Staf Ahli Bupati, Direktur Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis, Pejabat Tinggi Pratama, Pejabat Administrator dan Pengawas, Camat bengkalis yang diwakili oleh Sekretaris Camat Bengkalis, Kepala Desa serta Ketua BPD dari 11 Kecamatan.
Acara Launcing Aplikasi Bantuan Keuangan Khusus untuk Program Desa Bermasa Pada Pemerintah (BKK 1 Miliar 1 Desa), dibuka dan diresmikan langsung oleh Kasmarni, S. Sos, MMP selaku Bupati Bengkalis.
Dalam sambutannya, Kasmarni S. Sos, MMP menyampaikan rasa suka citanya atas launching Aplikasi Bantuan Keuangan Khusus (BKK 1 Miliar 1 Desa).
“Alhamdulillah, rasa bangga dan gembira tentunya, hari ini kita dapat launching aplikasi Bantuan Keuangan Khusus (BKK) untuk Program Desa Bermasa, yang telah diprakarsai oleh DPMD bekerjasama dengan Polbeng. tentunya ini merupakan inovasi baru yang perlu kita berikan apresiasi serta dukung bersama, “ Ucap Kasmarni.
Selanjutnya pada kesempatan ini Kasmarni, S.Sos, MMp juga menghimbau kepada Dinas PMD serta Camat agar secepatnya mensosialisasikan aplikasi ini kepada pemerintah Desa sekaligus melakukan evaluasi dan memberikan pembinaan.
“Kami ingin Program Bantuan Keuangan Desa Bermasa ini, menjadi komitmen untuk dilaksanakan secara baik, transparan, akuntabel dan harus tepat sasaran dengan tetap memperhatikan output dan outcome dari kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan.” Lanjutnya.
Selain itu, Kasmarni berharap agar Kepala Desa se – Kabupaten Bengkalis pada saat pelaksanaan Program Unggulan Bantuan Dana Desa Bermasa harus berhubungan langsung dengan kepentingan masyarakat, serta memberi dampak yang luas pada aspek pendapatan dan lapangan berusaha guna menangkat taraf hidup masyarakat. Yang artinya pelaksanaan program ini harus menyentuh masalah-masalah yang langsung berhubungan dengan kehidupan Masyarakat, percepatan infrastruktur yang mendukung kehidupan Masyarakat serta penguatan sumber daya ekonomi lokal berbasis keluarga.
Pada Kesempatan yang sama Drs. Yuhelmi selaku Kepala Dinas PMD Kabupaten Bengkalis pada saat memberikan Sambutannya juga menjelaskan bahwa Aplikasi Bantuan Keuangan Khusus ini dapat memberikan akses mudah bagi Pemerintah Kabupaten untuk mengurangi resiko kesalahan administrasi penyaluran Bantuan Keuangan Khusus Program Desa Bermasa Kabupaten Bengkalis.
“Tujuan dari pada pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah dalam rangka mengurangi resiko kesalahan dalam menyiapkan Administrasi Penyaluran Bantuan Keuangan Khusus Program Desa Bermasa Kabupaten Bengkalis. Yang kedua, tujuan kita bagaimana efesiensi yang berkaitan dengan pengalaman kita selama ini dalam membantu desa menyiapkan dokumen-dokumen yang diperlukan, sehingga nantinya secara manual baru diantar ke Kabupaten. Ujar Yuhelmi
Terakhir, pada sambutanya Drs. Yuhelmi berharap dengan launchingnya Aplikasi Bantuan Keuangan Khusus ini, Masyarakat dapat melihat dengan jelas penggunaan dana 1 Miliar tersebut.
“Dengan Launching Aplikasi Bantuan Keuangan Khusus ini kedepannya Bapak-bapak dan Masyarakat kita yang ada di Kabupaten Bengkalis ini bisa melihat Transparasi Penggunaan Dana 1 M ini untuk apa saja.” Ucap Yuhelmi.
